Rachel Ryan is a Realtor and Real Estate Strategist with a background in marketing and launching big ideas in the corporate world. After a few years of juggling consulting work and raising two young kids, she followed her passion for real estate—helping people find homes they truly love, in neighbourhoods that feel just right.

She’s lived all over Toronto—from Bloor West to South Parkdale to Baby Point—and has bought, sold, and invested in real estate across the city and beyond. Rachel also knows her way around cottage country, helping clients find cozy escapes and weekend getaways, just like the one she found for her own family in Bobcaygeon.

Known for her thoughtful, strategic approach, Rachel brings the same care to every client—whether buying their first home or listing a beloved family property. Outside of real estate, she’s big on community, has led school projects, and volunteers with organizations that support women. When she’s not working, you’ll find her baking, reading, riding horses, or out on the trails with her kids and dog.
